The F3 on the bench

A tip for every task
Three accessories to cover the entire process, from grinding to the final shine.

Polishing Tip
For the brilliant finish of acrylics, resins and metals. Brings the surface to its final shine.

Grinding Tip
Fast material removal and rough adjustment in the modeling and reduction phase.

Smooth Finish Tip
Fine finish and smoothing before polishing. Even surfaces with no marks.
From rough trimming to the final shine
The three tips cover the whole process. You never have to switch machines between stages.
-
1
Trimming
You take off excess material and set the shape. This is the heavy stage: press steadily and let the motor do the work.
Grinding tip -
2
Smoothing
You even out the surface and remove the marks left by trimming. This is where the final geometry is set.
Smooth finishing tip -
3
Polishing
You bring out the final shine on acrylic, resin or metal. Keep the movement soft and continuous so the piece does not overheat.

Why a bench micromotor
Compared with working the denture chairside, a bench unit changes three things.
Constant torque
It holds its force when you press the tip into the acrylic, instead of losing revolutions exactly when you need them most.
No compressor needed
It is electric: it runs straight from the mains, with no air line and no turbine noise on the bench.
Hands free
The pedal keeps both hands on the piece, which is what lets you hold the model and work it at the same time.
Made to last
Four habits that make the difference on a machine you use every day.
Clear the acrylic dust from the chuck and from the body of the handpiece. Nothing extends the life of the unit more.
Forcing the tip into the piece does not speed up trimming: it overheats the material and wears the motor down.
A badly seated tip vibrates and leaves marks. Make sure it goes all the way in and holds firm.
No moisture, no monomer residue. Coil the cable loosely so it does not fatigue.
